de proliferação celular (Ki-67). A cirurgia é a principal opção de tratamento. Apesar de ser
relativamente quimiorresistente, a quimioterapia adjuvante à base de platina continua
sendo padrão, associada muitas vezes a terapia de manutenção hormonal após a
